I’ve written about the lack of colour in my wardrobe before. If you didn’t notice most of my clothes are black, white, grey, and other neutrals. I rarely buy clothes in bright colours. I buy blue quite often, but I often view blue as a neutral (especially when it’s a shade of navy).
I’m not afraid of colour but I’m just drawn to neutrals, but I actually really like the colour the pink, I mean, just look at my hair. Having pink hair feels badass though, not girly, which is strange but wearing pink often makes me feel like a marshmallow. But I have found a way to work it into my wardrobe.
The best way to toughen up pink is with florals. Ha, Jokes! It’s to pair it with something masculine, like this oversized men’s Stussy shirt. The shirt adds a perfect amount of tough to these as-short-as-daisy-dukes shorts. The silhouette is large to off-set the size of the shorts. Plus, Stussy is cool, and you know it. I threw on my favourite summer sneakers to complete the look. You can check out myshoebazar.com for a one-stop shop to find your summer shoe.
